Takes about 15 minutes. Drain fat from beef-pork mixture then add back to skillet, stir in Tomatoes and simmer 5 min.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saute Green Peppers, and Onion in Oil until tender, Stir frequently. Combine with beef pork mixture.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add garlic, and parsley to onion mixture and stir in Chili&lt;br /&gt;powder. Cook 10 min and add drained beans to the mixture.&lt;br /&gt;Season with Salt, Pepper, Cumin seeds.
